Training the Next Generation of Gospel Leaders and Workers
Our vision
We endeavor to fulfill Paul’s instruction in Ephesians chapter four to “Equip the saints for the work of the ministry.” Rehoboth does this by setting up and facilitating three-month residential training centers in Uganda and Kenya.
Rehoboth Training Centers are staffed with trained ministries representing the five-fold ministries—also found in Ephesians 4: Apostles, Prophets, Evangelists, Pastors, and Teachers.
We are non-denominational. Our strategy is to ask regional pastors to send their potential leaders to our training for three months. We help them discover and use their spiritual gifts and callings. Our students are trained in theology, ethics, ministry tools, evangelism, prayer, spiritual warfare, worship, and how to receive and use the gifts of the Holy Spirit. Once trained, we send them back to their home churches to use in the ministry within their local areas.
We have seen this methodology to be extremely successful in evangelism and discipleship on the local level.
Rehoboth Serves Local Pastors and Churches
Our goal is to train your best up-and-coming leaders and then send them back to help you minister in YOUR church. If you are a pastor in the regions we serve, please get in touch with us for more information.
Students must have A Pastoral Recommendation
All students must be recommended to our program by a local pastor. As a pastor, you understand the spiritual maturity of your congregation and identify those who are hungry for God and demonstrate a willingness to serve and lead. Students must have the recommendation and support of their local church leadership. There is no cost to the church or the student for the Rehoboth Training. Students will need to provide their own transportation to our location. They will also need some money for personal needs. Contact us for more information and to recommend students.
